Krog’s ability to combine construction and design within our single organization allows us to provide this streamlined delivery method, shepherding projects from concept to completion. As the single point of responsibility, we can expedite a schedule by integrating and overlapping design and construction phases, and relying on efficiencies found in close communication between our office and field staff.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
With the capacity to self-perform most general contracting tasks, we manage and supervise all subcontractors and suppliers on our jobs, and take responsibility for all aspects of construction. Our team of field supervisors and laborers is directed from the office and deployed on a wide range of project types and scales to orchestrate the efforts in the field.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We can confidently handle the vast array of construction variables encountered on any single project and deliver timely, client-focused solutions to manage them smoothly. We are advocates for our clients’ best interests through every phase of the project – pre-construction planning, estimating and bidding; coordination with trades; on-site supervision; and ultimate move-in coordination.
