Project Highlights:

Located in close proximity to the I-86, St. Bonaventure University, and downtown Olean, is the Olean Hampton Inn & Suites. The 90 room hotel is situated on a Brownfield Redevelopment site in Olean, NY which totals over 25 acres. Development of the site is phased and expected to contain a commercial retail mix, in addition to the Olean Hampton Inn & Suites, which makes up phase 1 of development. Unique to the project is its use of a new Hilton brand Hampton prototype featuring 28 suites and 62 rooms, in addition to meeting rooms and other traditional hotel amenities. It is also set to contain new prototype breakfast and treat areas.
