Keuka College expanded their student services with this 30,000 sf addition to their campus, completed in 2018.  The building houses administrative offices, classrooms, eateries and gathering spaces.

• Initial project development was anchored by the construction of new offices for GE Healthcare Financial Services. These modern offices contained closed and open office space, video conferencing rooms and customer service center.
• Our relationship with Hart Hotels (strategic partner) offered the opportunity to construct an upscale restaurant in a future tenant space. The Krog Group worked closely with the staff of Hart Hotels and Silvestri Architects to deliver a beautifully designed and successful restaurant.
