Project Highlights:
Krog was brought in by the City of Hornell to convert this abandoned 4-story school building into an active contributor to the city’s densest area. Our staff designed and transformed the building to provide upscale apartments on the upper floors, a total historic renovation of the existing gynmasium/auditorium and first floor spec space. The existing exterior was completely restored, including masonry repair, new historic windows, and a new exterior stair/elevator addition.
