Warehouse distribution facility to provide logistical receiving, storage and shipping of various consumer good including but not limited to the food production industry. Facility is equipped with truck docks and a rail siding for shipping and receiving. The project was conventionally steel framed with precast insulated concrete panels to allow fast track encapsulation within 4 months of project start.
