As a continuation of the fruitful relationship between Hart Hotels and the Krog Group, both are pleased to bring the Watkins Glen Harbor Apartments onto the market. Located at 30 N. Franklin Street and adjacent to the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, the Watkins Glen Harbor Apartments have repurposed and rehabilitated the existing 3-story VFW building. Featuring four total Apartments (two 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom) as well as a 1,700 sq.ft. in house fitness center, the Harbor Apartment have brought more life the the Watkins Glen Waterfront and renewed life to the 80-year-old building.

The Krog Corp. performed design and construction for the Hisotric Renovation of Ansorge Block Building.

Under threat of a failing roof structure collapse The Krog Corp. entered into an agreement to phurchase this building with the local government in order to provide expertise in design and construction to shore the existing structural system and design to construct structural removal and replacement. After the completion of the roof replacement, development of the second floor was started into three upscale apartment units, this provided a unique Market Street residential component to the revitalization of this important and historic building.

Commercial development for the first and third floor spaces are underway to complete the occupancy and restoration of this former anchor of Market Street.
